Syncronicity offers a free version that enables users to validate their Microsoft Exchange or Office 365 instances efficiently. This tool is particularly beneficial for professionals managing shared calendars.

The interface provides a user-friendly experience, allowing seamless access to corporate Microsoft Exchange shared calendars. Users simply need to input their organization's Exchange URL, add their relevant calendars, and synchronize with colleagues' latest events.

Supported calendars include Office 365® calendars, Outlook Web App® shared calendars, and those accessible via Microsoft Outlook®. However, it is important to note that Hotmail® accounts and public folders are not included.

Important: Syncronicity relies on Exchange 2007 or 2010 web services (including Office365) for accessing shared calendars. Most contemporary Exchange systems support this functionality. If there are any uncertainties regarding compatibility with your organization's setup, it is advisable to consult your help desk or IT support staff. Ensure you can access a URL resembling http://my.exchange.site/EWS/Exchange.asmx.
